Returns/Refunds/Warranty Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following return, refund, and warranty policy. All steering wheels are custom-made products and therefore cannot be returned or refunded without a valid reason. However, if the steering wheel is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us at ttdcraft@hotmail.com. You can apply for an exchange/refund within 15 days of receiving the product.

1. Returns/Refunds

  • We only accept returns if the product is damaged or has a major manufacturing defect. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. We will issue a refund within one week. If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to be credited. If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ttdcraft@hotmail.com.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all approved returns/cancellations of custom-made products. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Once the product is safely returned, no refunds will be issued.
  • We only accept exchanges if the product is damaged or has a major manufacturing defect. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
  • If you request replacement parts to be shipped before returning the original product, we will temporarily require you to pay the full retail price of the order until the original product is returned.

2. Warranty

  • The LED shift indicator and module are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty (in case of malfunction).
  • Interior carbon fiber products are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
  • The steering wheel carbon fiber trim is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (protection against heat cracking). The warranty has limited coverage and does not cover parts susceptible to normal wear and tear or unavoidable aging (such as fading of leather, Alcantara fabric, or painted plain carbon fiber) due to their nature or use.
